Soon as you walk through the door it smells amazing and looks super clean. Owner was extremely friendly , providing socks and lockers for my session. Walking into the salt cave pictures do it no justice. The room is absolutely beautiful and warming. I recently suffered from pulmonary edema after giving birth and my breathing has been off since. Within 10 mins you feel the effect of the salt and by 30 mins I could feel what felt like weight off my shoulders. Few hours after it’s amazing how different just your breathing feels. I will absolutely return and highly suggest trying it out
It's an excellent spot for unwinding, perhaps even catching a quick nap. The aroma here is absolutely delightful, and they hosts events regularly. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit.
Our first Visit to the Himalayan Salt Cave exceeded my expectations! I was very surprised at how relaxing the entire experience was. The room itself is very comfortable, with zero gravity chairs, meditative music, soft lighting and blankets. I was completely relaxed- so much so that when i checked my heart rate, it was significantly lower than my usual resting heart rate! I was able to breathe so deeply the entire time, but I was still shocked at what a difference 45 minutes in the salt room made to my breathing afterwards. I’m definitely looking forward to returning, as my visit was beneficial to me on so many levels!
We had a fantastic time! Extremely relaxing, was able to take a nap that's how relaxing. The meditation music was perfect in everyway. They give you socks to wear, pack of tissues, blanket for the room and a locker for your belongings.Already feel the benefits from the salt just hours after. It's allergy season and this surly helped my sinus! What a relief after battaling for 2 week.Owner is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. They have some otems to purchase (soap and Himalayan Salt items).We surly will be back!
